Milled up some more 6x8s for a project. One of the hydraulic rams on the 4-in-1 needs new seals. We should probably get around to doing some maintenance.

Do you need a plan when you are making a sign? No, but it would probably take less time if you did. Anywayā€¦ trial and error and if you donā€™t like it, just keep hacking at it until you do.

This one definitely did.
It wasnā€™t felled for no reason ā€” this was a snag: a dead tree still standing. These can be dangerous, unstable, and perfect for turning into firewood or lumber once safely on the ground.

We had some leftover Cedar decking from the deck we made. It had been sitting out going bad, so I decided to use it to make a sign. I havenā€™t made too many signs like this, so I was kind of just winging it. It turned out medium, still need to put a finish on it. I learned a lot from the process though, so the next one will be better.
