And, in the Fall, come visit our 60 year old bakery dedicated to our matriarch, Joan Delfino, to stock up on homemade baked goods and pies! Since 1964, Edio and Joan Delfino have loved sharing their farm with Apple Hill visitors. Originally, the Delfino Family named their farm Kids Incorporated after their seven children. That name will always be treasured in our hearts; however, to honor them and the entire Delfino family, we have changed our name to Delfino Farms with the bakery name changing to Joan’s Apple Bakery. We are also excited to announce that Edio Vineyards is coming soon! Featuring w**e from grapes grown on the farm, we’ve named the vineyard in honor of our patriarch, Edio Delfino, original co-founder of Apple Hill. Come visit us, sip our Henrietta Stich Hard C***r and enjoy our famous Walkin’ Pie!

Joan’s Bakery and Farmgrounds will now remain open until 6pm for the next 3 weekends (October 10/11, 17/18, 24/25)! Come cap off your Apple Hill day with some pie, w**e, and or c***r and take in some evening Fall vibes. 🥧 🍁

These extended hours will only be for our bakery and farm. Edio Vineyards tasting room will still be closing at 5pm. 🥂

A few weeks ago we hosted our first dinner and a movie night with Chef Nelson German. It was such a special (and delicious) evening that was inspired by Chef’s drive-in movie episode on Bravo Top Chef (spoiler: he won the challenge)!

The evening consisted of Chef’s Caribbean cocktails, our Edio w**es and c***rs, many beautiful dishes, a classic movie (Cast Away), and was capped off with an apple fritter and a signed version of Chef Nelson’s newest book, “Caribbean Cocktails.”

It was so cool hosting this all under the stars in the middle of our farm and want to thank Chef Nelson German and everyone who came out and joined us. We plan to do it again someday down the road, so keep your eyes peeled!

Join us for a movie night under the stars with Chef Nelson German-Afro-Latino culinary entrepreneur, Top Chef Season 18 alum, and the executive chef and owner of Oakland restaurants alaMar Dominican Kitchen and Sobre Mesa!

Guests will be greeted with a welcome cocktail by Chef Nelson German in collaboration with Henrietta Stich Hard C***r. Get settled in at your table and enjoy hard c***r or w**e for purchase. Then, enjoy a coursed meal curated and prepared by Chef Nelson while watching an all-time favorite, Cast Away, under the stars! Go home with Chef Nelson’s newest book - Caribbean Cocktails.
