And, in the Fall, come visit our 60 year old bakery dedicated to our matriarch, Joan Delfino, to stock up on homemade baked goods and pies! Since 1964, Edio and Joan Delfino have loved sharing their farm with Apple Hill visitors. Originally, the Delfino Family named their farm Kids Incorporated after their seven children. That name will always be treasured in our hearts; however, to honor them and

the entire Delfino family, we have changed our name to Delfino Farms with the bakery name changing to Joan’s Apple Bakery. We are also excited to announce that Edio Vineyards is coming soon! Featuring wine from grapes grown on the farm, we’ve named the vineyard in honor of our patriarch, Edio Delfino, original co-founder of Apple Hill. Come visit us, sip our Henrietta Stich Hard Cider and enjoy our famous Walkin’ Pie!

“Tyce Delk is a fourth-generation farmer, rancher, and musician whose soulful storytelling springs from his upbringing. Raised in Eastern New Mexico’s agricultural tradition with times spent under wide-open skies, Delk grew up amidst the rhythms of crops, cattle, front porch family picking sessions, and a jukebox spanning Texas swing to classic rock. His artistic identity blends the heritage and traditions of his generation-spanning family band, The Delk Band, with Tyce’s growing and undeniable talent.

Cutting through the noise last year with explosive hit, “Adaline,” and follow up EP, Enough Ain’t Enough, Delk was named a 2026 Artist to Watch by Country Central, Holler, Music Mayhem Magazine, and more. Apple Hill season is here! We’ll have all of our apple baked goods, blackberry baked goods, as well as some of our freshly picked apples available at Joan’s starting this weekend…yes, that means Walkin’ Pies are back (see full menu below)! 🥧

Updated Hours: This weekend (8/28-8/30) Joan’s will remain at our summer hours 11am-5pm BUT starting Labor Day Weekend Joan’s will be open every Friday-Monday from 10am-5pm until late November! 😊

This weekend (August 21st-23rd) will be the last time we’ll be offering our lunch menu items until next year (Spring 2027)! So if you want to get your hands on our focaccia pizza, French rolls, salads, or cheese boxes…come on by! Starting next weekend (August 29th) we’ll be shifting into Apple Hill season and fully in pie mode! 🥧

Surfing for Daisy started on a porch in Asbury Park, NJ between new and old friends. Their sound is rooted in Alternative Folk Rock with hints of Psychedelia, but truly holds no bounds. The band has quickly caught fire, Playing the Sea. Hear. Now festival in September of 2025 in front of thousands. The momentum continued when they sold out The Stone Pony in November for the release of their brand new single “Psychic,” the first glimpse of their much anticipated sophomore album.

Tickets going fast for this Saturday! Grab yours while you still can and head on out to the farm!

Looking like it could be our last weekend of peach baked goods at Joan’s Bakery before we move to our next seasonal fruit! Peach people, we highly recommend coming on over!

Also our weekends of offering our Focaccia Pizza and other lunch items are winding down! Once Apple Hill starts for us we’ll be in full bakery mode. 🍎
