You keep stepping it up Charlie Daigle! Even better than the previous batch! Redfish on the half shell. Two have olive oil, Fresh Lime Juice & Top Secret Gourmet’s Jamaican Habanero & Lime seasoning. One has Worcestershire Sauce, Butter, Top Secret Gourmet’s Cajun Gator Bite and then covered when Parmesan and Romano Cheese. The last one has a olive oil, Greek seasoning from NOLA Greek Fest and Parmesan and Romano cheese.
