Happy Saturday! The Little Rock Farm Store is open. Good news - we have Chili Seasoning back again from Kelly’s Kitchen! This is a Farm Store favorite for many of our customers, and we have both mild and spicy. Of course, it tastes best with our grass-fed ground beef, so you might as well get some of that, too, when you’re here.
Kelly’s Kitchen also makes some very tasty Skillet Meals. These are handy to keep in your pantry when you want a quick, healthy meal but don’t have the energy to do all the work. Most of what you need is in the pouch. Just add your favorite ground meats (might I suggest our ground beef or pork), a couple other simple ingredients, and Boom! It’s supper time! There is a new addition to the Skillet Meals lineup - Creamy Alfredo & Bowtie Pasta! Just add ground meat, heavy cream or milk, and water. Easy peasy. Of course, you can add your own finesse if you’d like. Maybe more herbs or spices, chop up some veggies instead of or in addition to the ground meat. There’s lots of possibilities, but it all adds up to a simple meal.
