After near a full turning of the sun and moon, we bring forth a mighty creation.

This Friday, we unveil Drakkar — a traditional mead forged from our noble Odin, then laid to rest within a Buckner’s 10‑Year barrel from the famed Augusta Distillery.

There it slumbered, gathering strength and character, until it rose anew with the spirit of oak, fire, and ancient voyages.
The wait hath been long, yet the reward is rich indeed.

Raise thine eyes to the heavens, for the Flower Moon draweth nigh upon Friday, May the First, and with it we unveil a draught most fair — Wildflower Harmony, our local wildflower traditional mead.

Brewed from the delicate blossoms of Kentucky’s own wildflower honey, this mead is light, gentle, and floral, as though spring herself were poured into a horn. Its sweetness whispereth, its aroma danceth, and its spirit singeth of blooming fields beneath the moon’s silver gaze.

But heed this tidings well —
only a small bounty hath been wrought, and once these bottles are claimed, none may say when more shall return.

Gather ye ’round and lend thine ears, for Muninn, our sweet wild blueberry mead, lingers in the hall with the whisper of memories upon its wings. As the raven Muninn keepeth the remembrances of ages long past, so doth this enchanted draught help thee forge bright new memories beneath the gentle breath of spring.

Let its deep blueberry sweetness gladden thy heart, let its spirit mark the moments thou shalt recall when winter’s chill comes creeping back.

Yet heed this warning well — should Muninn’s cask run dry, it shall be more than two fortnights ere the raven returns to roost.

Claim thy share whilst it yet flows! Raise a horn, remember well, and let this spring be sung of in days to come.

Hear ye, good folk of the Mead Hall!
A new and wondrous elixir hath been unveiled upon our taps.
Behold Guanyin, our experimental Orange Ginger Mead —
a sweet and radiant draught where bright orange and gentle vanilla lead the dance, followed by a warm ginger spice that lingereth boldly upon the tongue.

For this first forging, Guanyin shall be served on draft or in growlers only, until such time as we may complete a full and mighty batch.

Come hither, raise thy horn, and let Guanyin’s blessing warm both spirit and soul.
