I maintain this page constantly and update it, but am unable to update the post dates.

❤️Elderberry Syrup Making Day

When we make this syrup for ourselves, we post it so you may purchase it for you and your family at this time, too

This Syrup is the answer to so many ailments this time of year.

Flu, colds, allergies from wet leaves, blowing dust, visiting friends and relatives (no offense), kids outside playing, school back in session, shopping...the list goes on....oh! Those germmies :-(

We make the syrup fresh and offer it for sale in 3 sizes...

8 ounce $15
16 ounce $25
32 ounce $45

It can be frozen into ice cubes, used as a pancake/waffle syrup, added to yogurt, juice, mixed with a Soda Stream, taken straight, however you would like to take it.

For an immunity booster, take once a day.

If you are ill, take twice a day.

It is good for three months.

Directions will be on your bottle label.

❤️It's been so hot and judging from this morning's picking, it appears as though our Blackberries are done for this season.

We have over 20 pounds of sweet berries safely tucked away in the freezer waiting for you to top your yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, make smoothies, or save in your freezer when the weather finally chills a bit and create some baked goodies or jams.

Me, I just eat them :-)

Grab them while we have them, it's a long time to wait until the vines produce again (July 2027)

Hand picked from our 3 trees, laid to dry, sorted from the branches and leaves, and stored into glass Ball half gallon jars

A long process, but oh so worth the wait when we make our healthy Elderberry Syrup or you purchase berries to make your own items including tinctures or jelly

We doubled the yield this year, even though the high winds took their toll
We have 2 half gallon jars full :-)

This is a seasonal item and we will fresh Elderberries in July 2027 ready for u-pick or to dry.
