Maple Brown Sugar Smoked Bacon has been restocked!!!!

You are welcome 😊

We purchase Pork Belly, prep it, smoke it with hickory, our apple and pecan woods and dress it up with organic brown sugar and maple syrup.

After smoking and cooling, we cut it, package it up in seal-a-meal bags, weigh and then off to a nap in the freezer until you come and bring them home.

When you are ready to prepare your Bacon, defrost it and then slice it to whatever thickness you desire and fry, bake or grill.

We sell it by the piece and currently have them from 6 ounces to 18 ounces and are priced $9.75 to $27.00

Cooled down, into seal-a-meal bags, weighed, priced and off to the freezer waiting for you.

You purchase, defrost and enjoy as is, on a bagel, with cream cheese and various herbs.

Per request, we cut the filets smaller this time.

We have had a Record Year for Pecans

As you may know, we have 23 Pecan Trees in our Orchard where we grow Paper Thin variety Pecans.

The Husband hand cracks these Pecans, I sort through them to ensure there are no shells, then weigh, package and off to the freezer they go to ensure freshness.

The pecans can remain in a freezer indefinitely and can be taken out and added directly to recipes or eaten without thawing.

Received an a maz ing compliment from a lady from Georgia who said they are just as sweet as theirs♡♡♡

This Syrup is the answer to so many ailments this time of year.

Flu, colds, allergies from wet leaves, blowing dust, visiting friends and relatives (no offense), kids outside playing, school back in session, shopping...the list goes on....oh! Those germmies :-(

We make the syrup fresh and offer it for sale in 3 sizes...

It can be frozen into ice cubes, used as a pancake/waffle syrup, added to yogurt, juice, mixed with a Soda Stream, taken straight, however you would like to take it.

For an immunity booster, take once a day.

If you are ill, take twice a day.
