This steak has been several years in the making. What do I mean? We purchased our own full Waygu cow and bull a few years back to offer a different taste of beef to our customers. This steak pictured is from our American Waygu that we raised ourselves and recently processed. If you would like to try your own steak, roasts or some hamburger, we currently have a whole freezer full. Contact us so we can set something up for you to experience this delicious beef!

McKenzie declared her steer to sell in the Verde Valley Fair Livestock Auction tomorrow and so her pig, Bruno will be for sale private treaty. If you are interested in purchasing this 254 pound barrow who has been fed very well over the last 5 months, please let us know!!
