These 3 Green Magic Garden Fairies are flying off to Portland, OR to join their new families!
Each fairy is handmade by my mom, Deva. She creates each one to be so uniquely original. She makes their clothes by either hand felting or crocheting intricate patterns into the designs. The attention and detail she puts into everything including their hair, hand painted faces, jewelry and magical wands is just over the top whimsical!

Check out our new Honey Ice Cream logo! It's a drawing or my daughter, Bronwyn, riding a bee that she designed herself. Ever since she was a tiny thing, I have called her my Little Bee. 💜🌸 She moved away to Portland just as we were starting our farmstand and I have been missing her so so much! Now this logo will forever remind me of her. She is such an inspiration to me.
Bronwyn with the help of our friend Nori has been creating a special look just for our Honey Sweetened Ice Cream. This photo is of our set up this evening at Farmers Market at Old Town Square in Cottonwood tonight.

🌻 Green Magic Garden Updates - Sunflower Jungle, Fairy Decor, FREE Golden Freezer Bags & Mom 💜🌿

What a busy summer!! Here at the farmstand we have been busy bees. Keeping our honey sweetened ice cream in stock, especially the ice cream sandwiches, has been a challenge. Add in all our farmstand goods and it is a miracle we are all set when the weekends hit hard. Honestly the cookies are the hardest to keep up with currently. Getting them all mixed up, weighed and shaped is one thing, but then getting them cooked, cooled and packaged early every Friday - Sunday has been a hustle. I am going to offer more of my Ready-to-Bake Cookie Dough in a variety of flavors in the freezer above the Egg Fridge at the farmstand. I'll also bring some with me to the Farmers Markets so you can grab it here in Camp Verde or Cottonwood! I'll have fresh cookies too on the weekend, but I may switch up how many I am baking to get some of my time back.
With all this busyness, thankfully I have my mom, Deva, visiting this month! She is the biggest help for the farmstand not only in the kitchen, but is a computer whiz and is helping me dial in my labels and figure out anything resembling a spreadsheet! She also really enjoys chatting with visitors and is livening up the farmstand with more of her handmade fairy ornaments and rock art. Mom has also been helping me in the kitchen by showing me how to use a cookie press and we are now using it to make shortbread cookies and our dog treats! You may catch her visiting out at the farmstand or popping by the Camp Verde Farmers Market on Saturdays. She is so creative and whimsical, I definitely get so much inspiration from her. 💜⭐️🦄

🌿 Green Magic Garden Update - 🌙Camp Verde Night Market, Coffee Ice Cream, Eggplant & Cooler Bags!! 🌸

Last week we sold out of our Lemon Custard Ice Cream by Saturday morning! It is our current seasonal flavor and it is such good stuff! I make it with fresh lemon juice and the zest. It will remind you of a lemon bar but is gluten free and AZ Honey Sweetened with no refined sugar!

This week I am experimenting with a small batch of Coffee Ice Cream. I can’t drink coffee myself but I look forward to taking taste tests! When I was younger I used to drink a lot of coffee and coffee ice cream was a go to flavor. I'm planning on making Coffee Ice Cream Sandwiches using my Brownie Cookies. I believe it will be irresistible to anyone that enjoys those fancy coffee drinks!

I will be debuting the Coffee Ice Cream and Coffee Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches at The Night Market at Ruby Road Vintage in Camp Verde this Saturday night 5-9pm! I will also have the Lemon Custard Ice Cream, Popsicles, Pixie Pies and a variety of goods from our farmstand! There will be over 30 vendors, food trucks and live music. It will be a super fun evening out and I look forward to hanging out with our community!

It has been hot. Like 106 degrees sometime here in the Verde Valley. I have been melting, but good thing my ice cream has not! We now have FREE reusable cooler bags and ice packs available when you buy 2 or more of any of our items. So if you didn't bring your own cooler bag or cooler to the farmstand or one of the events we attend, we got you covered! They are a shiny yellow bag and it just tickles me to see it being toted around after a purchase. At the farmstand you will find the bags and ice packs in the freezer of the egg fridge. Help yourself if Simon or I don't pop out before you leave!

Last note, keep an eye out in our farmstand fridge for veggies Simon has been growing. Currently we have Eggplant and some tomatoes. We planted so many tomato plants this year but unfortunately Simon drowned them by forgettong to turn the flood irrigation off. This is the first year he has been growing in his new garden and getting the irrigation dialed is a work in progress! Also here is a link to my latest Chicken Video on Facebook. Keep an eye out for the follow up to the Simon's Garden Tour video I made a few weeks ago. He is growing a food and sunflower jungle in the backyard. It is glorious!
