KIMCHI PEOPLE!!! We have great news - Kimchi Appa has officially launched and is now ready to accept orders for fresh kimchi! As you know, we are makers of small batch kimchi (김치). Ours is handcrafted on a frequent basis to maintain and guarantee freshness. Take a bite and you will find how bright, refreshing, and crisp our kimchi is! But wait... you like your kimchi fermented you say? That's easy! When properly stored in a refrigerated environment, kimchi can last months all while fermenting in probiotic goodness (your gut will say "Yay")!
