Pork butts smoked and ready for Sunday’s golf outing hosted by the Finesse 11U Schaffer softball team.

It always amazes us to see the color variation on our smoker depending on placement. Kelsey taste tested and these might have been the best we’ve done! Love how the flavor turned out after a 14 hour smoke.
