Hear me out- a citrus farm. 🍋🍑🍊I might be kidding, I might not be. Have you ever had in season Meyer lemons? Have you ever had fresh grapefruit that you picked from a tree? 10 years ago, Wesley’s dad introduced me to fresh fruit from all his trees. I’ve never looked at citrus the same. I feel like we are missing that in the Midwest…what ya think?! 😏

Last year my friend gave me some of her dried chamomile. This year, she gave me transplants 😍. They were looking rough for a while, but happy to show you that they are now THRIVING. That chamomile from last year held me through the entire winter, and I’m looking forward to drinking chamomile tea all winter long once again!

I have to be better about checking my phone battery because NONE of the shots I wanted to use for this video were here 😂. My phone died after 6 minutes, so you missed the sweat face look (it was 88 degrees and 90% humidity, felt like a sauna), and you missed the before and after of these rows looking like a mess, then looking beautiful! This is our cucumber bed and I’ve noticed something this year- these are getting really sunburnt. I don’t know what’s up with that, as it hasn’t been a problem in years past. It feels so good to w**d and get the farm cleaned up. If only I had a before and after to show you 😂

Less than 24 hours and the community has really stepped up 🥹 thank you to everyone who has come by and donated food items to the stand! Please continue to do so! Spread the word to those in need, that we have food and some toiletries to choose from!
