Valley Garden Produce This farm uses only sustainable methods growing produce and protecting the earth.It is owned by Mary O'Donnell. Our winter production is awesome.

Valley Garden sells produce grown using sustainable practices. Crops are raised without using pesticides, petroleum-based fertilizers or sewage sludge-based fertilizers. Amimals are fed organic feed and given access to the outdoors.They are given no antibiotics or growth hormones. We have added tunnels to our garden so that we can grow year around. Can hardly believe that we are eating lettuce fr

om the garden in January. Also available are cukes, tomatoes, greens, turnip, carrots, zuc., buttercup, butternut, garlic, tarrigon, chives, onions, peppermint, cabbage, celery, beans, watermelon, canolope, peppers, and chard. Farm shares are available from February 27th throught June of each year. A share is available for $100, $200, or $300.You pick up produce against the share. Also you may get free flowers and herbs with each pick up in July, August, and September.

Last year I added Elderberries to my products. They were great but the window of opportunity was short. This year I am adding Luffa to my products. Long growing season but should be available Sept and Oct. Luffa looks like a zucchini gourd but when peeled makes a wonderful long lasting sponge.
