Finished up the 2026 maple season today, and what a season we were blessed with! Lots of work and lots of syrup. Lots of late night boils and lots of firewood burned.

Very big thank you to everyone who came out for Maple Days today.
We certainly enjoyed all the wonderful conversations, meeting new friends, and reconnecting with old friends.

Huge, huge thanks to Shannon amd Steve, Dustin & Jessica, and Fon Ethan for coming to help bottle, label, run tours, sell, and keep the fire fed. We couldn’t have done it without you guys.

If you ever wondered how we make pure maple syrup here in eastern Kentucky, come on out to our farm tomorrow and help us celebrate Kentucky Maple Syrup Day. We will actually have the boiler running producing maple syrup. We will have plenty of baked maple treats and of course maple syrup for sale and we will be giving side by side tours of the maple woods. The weather is going to be great, come on out we will be looking forward to seeing you !

Making maple syrup takes a lot of time and work. Duffy sure has put in a lot of work this year. Come out and see us next Saturday for KY Maple Days and see how KY maple syrup is made and get you some yummy maple syrup or baked goodies.
