We are a family operation from ranch to plate, and sell our beef by the cut, bundle, quarter, half and whole. Since 1979 the Brown family has raised commercial cattle in the Texas Panhandle. Fifteen years ago Ronny and Cindy Brown began breeding their best black Angus cows with high quality Wagyu bulls. Through years of careful genetic refinement, we have combined the best qualities of both breeds to deliver delicious, tender beef cattle that are raised on generous acreage with high quality forage. Our Wagyu-Angus crossbred herd delivers superb marbling and meat quality with the feed efficiency and temperament of Angus cattle. We utilize a natural breeding program for our cattle, keeping their stress low and staying on pasture. Our crossbred cattle can yield beef that has a higher percentage of healthier fats (e.g. omega-3, omega-6 and CLA) that deliver unparalleled flavor and tenderness.
