We have a new baby dexter cow on the farm, born this morning right after we left. Thank goodness Janine loves the cows (dozer) so much that when she went to feed them she noticed the poor little one in a puddle. Annie (momma cow) has some pretty large horns but Janine went in and pulled it out of the puddle and dried it with towels. Momma cow and baby are inside now settling in. I will update later when we have a minute to tell if it's a boy or a girl. UPDATE : it's a girl!!
