Hi garlic people! 🧄💚

This past weekend, I traded the garlic fields for a kayak and a quiet cabin in Otego, NY.

Every year, I take a couple of days completely alone. No schedule. No noise. No expectations. Just nature, fresh air, and time to reset.

As much as I love our farm and creating videos for all of you, I’ve learned that taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of everything else.

I came home feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for everything garlic season has in store.

Now it’s back to the garlic fields! 🌱🧄
