The autumn vibes are coming in strong, and the time for hearty, delicious things has arrived. This Cranberry Gingerbread Granola is next level. The secret ingredient is our Spiced Gingerbread Sugar Dust! It’s also overflowing with lots of nuts and seeds, so much so that when our owner, Sarah, was filming this video, the squirrels were howling that they wanted in on this nutty granola goodness!

Foraging 🍄‍🟫 The answer to every problem!

Similar to foraging, wildcrafting is what we do most of at WST. Wildcrafting is not only about gathering from nature but also sustainably and ethically harvesting plants, berries, mushrooms that become some of the ingredients that go into our products.

Whether forager or wildcrafter, delighting in the natural world and all that it offers can lift the spirit and connect us back to the earth.

At Well Seasoned Table, our sign reads LOVE GROWS HERE. Amidst these challenging times, we have been deeply reflecting on this core message, alongside our dedicated commitment to celebrating and honoring all of the native herbs, fruits, fungi, and flowers that flourish in this special place.

Inspired by the beautiful tributes following Dolly's passing, we are reaffirming this belief and striving to practice the values she so generously shared with the world. Through her warmth, generosity, and dedication to uplifting others, she showed us how true kindness can transform our lives. By leading with empathy and treating every individual as an equal, Dolly leaves behind a roadmap for building a more compassionate, peaceful, and inclusive community, region, and world.

Let us all live like butterflies: embracing the beauty of this experience, getting lost (but not too lost 🤣) in the forest, never biting, never stinging, or causing harm to anyone.
