🌿 That’s a wrap on the June 6 StarRoots Community Market! 🌿

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who came out to support local businesses and help keep dollars circulating within our community. Your presence, purchases, and encouragement made this first market more successful than I could have imagined.

A huge thank you to our wonderful vendors for taking a chance on a brand-new market and spending the day with us in the beautiful town of Star. Your talent, hard work, and enthusiasm are what brought this event to life (Home Farm, Kaylie Morgan, Jacq of all Trade, Christy’s Country Produce , Amy Mcintyre, Hicks Homestead & Farm, Greene Ivey Farms, and Tim Morris).

I’m also incredibly grateful to Starworks and Starworks Cafe and Taproom for generously allowing us to use the track and indoor facilities. A special thank you to Heather and Claire for all of their help, guidance, and support throughout the planning process.

Also thank you to Savannah Heath for her invaluable assistance throughout this entire process!

This market was built on community, and I’m so thankful for the people who showed up, pitched in, and believed in this vision from the beginning.

We’re just getting started, and I can’t wait to see everyone again on July 11 for our next StarRoots Community Market! 🤍🌱
