We are smack dab in the middle of hay season, and man have we put up some hay. We have baled over 1,600 round bales for the first cutting alone, with hopes for a second cutting on most fields and a third cutting on a few. We are proud to say that we make all of our own hay to sustain our animals through the winter. Making our own hay is just another way we can be sure of exactly what goes into our animals so we can provide the best quality meat you can get.
