VINAIGRETTES, OR YOUR OWN CREATIONS!
INGREDIENTS
½ cup + 2 tbsp (155 mL) white wine vinegar
¾ cup + 2 tbsp (205 mL) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
¼ tsp (1 mL) black pepper
Variations Ingredients
Asian Vinaigrette
¼ cup + 2 tbsp (90 mL) rice vinegar
¾ cup (175 mL) vegetable oil
2 tbsp (30 mL) sesame oil
¼ cup (60 mL) low-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
1 tsp (5 mL) sesame seeds
½ tsp (2 mL) ground ginger
¼ tsp (1 mL) black pepper
1 garlic clove, pressed
Balsamic Vinaigrette
½ cup + 2 tbsp (155 mL) balsamic vinegar
¾ cup + 2 tbsp (205 mL) olive oil
1 tbsp (15 mL) honey
1 tbsp (15 mL) Dijon mustard
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
¼ tsp (1 mL) black pepper
1 garlic clove, pressed
DIRECTIONS
Add all the ingredients to the Measure, Mix & Pour®, twist on the lid, and shake until combined.
Yield:
1½ cups (375 mL)

Cook's Tips:
These dressings can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
When making the Simple Vinaigrette, you can substitute any vinegar you prefer.
You can substitute ¼ tsp (1 mL) garlic powder for fresh garlic in the Asian Vinaigrette and Balsamic Vinaigrette recipes.
Shake dressing well before serving.
