🍀🐷 Our kids both have a carcass pig for the fair this year! This is the very first year the project is being offered. The pigs will be judged and butchered at 3D Meats the middle of August and ready for pick up right after Labor Day. (We will go pick it up there and bring it back to Canfield!) Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing one of them! You will be able to choose the cuts, etc.

These locally born pigs have been feed & raised just like all of the others we sell. No antibiotics or growth hormones - just natural, local grains. 🍀🐷

**These pigs are a separate project from the ones that will be shown and sold at the Canfield Fair!

3 generations of the Greier Family visited with Friends Of Fido MCDP and Mahoning County Dog Warden supporters last night in Youngstown at the county dog wardens fundraiser. We prepared chili made with 3 kinds of our own meat and peppers donated from Angiuli's Farm Market. Around 500 members of our community ate almost all 5 gallons we prepared plus sampled chili from 15 other stations! It was such a nice night spent talking with people we don't normally get to interact with. Penguin City Beer was such a fun venue!!

We will NOT have any more feeezer beef this year. However, Lacie has 2 steers that she has raised as 4-H projects since October '22. She will be selling them through the livestock sale at the Canfield Fair on Friday, September 1st. They have been fed the same feed and hay that we use to finish our steers. Please consider supporting her or any of the other 4-Hers that have worked hard on their projects!

**All puppies have new farms!**

These two 10 week old Great Pyrenees pups are looking for a herd, flock or family to call their own. They are very sweet dogs that have great personalities! 1 white male and 1 white female. They live with our sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, horses, cats and other farm dogs. Their mom and auntie takes them out on "patrol" every day. I won mom and dad. Both come from long lines of LGD. They have been dewormed, had their first set of vaccines and I applied flea/tick prevention. Located in Canfield, Ohio 44406.
