One last day left of Perry County Pizza Week!!! What's in the cold case is what's left so come on in and pick up your take-and-bake before I run out!!!

Greek Goddess Pizza
Comes with roast lamb OR lions mane mushrooms, dill goat cheese curds, red onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and dairy-free tzatziki sauce.

Caprese
Come with from scratch pizza sauce, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and purple basil.

Open 8am-4pm Thursday

**Note on the crusts: I have run out of the gluten-free crusts so these last few pizzas are going to be using a wheat flour Naan bread I bought at the store. It was a lot of work doing the gluten-free crusts but I may bring them back out again in the future for more take-and-bake pizza kits.

We made it through the weekend!!! 17 more pizzas sold on Saturday, bringing our total to 45 so far. The next several days we will be providing take-and-bake pizzas from the cold case as supplies last.

In order to allow for most flexibility, I will be packaging crusts separately from toppings so you can choose what you would like.

Greek Goddess Pizza comes with:
Pizza crust made with gluten-free flour
Gyro marinated roast lamb OR Lion's Mane Mushrooms
Dill Goat Cheese Curds
Salad of cucumbers, red onions, and tomatoes
Tzatziki sauce (dairy-free)

Caprese Pizza comes with:
Pizza crust made with gluten-free flour
From scratch tomato sauce
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Tomatoes
Fresh basil

Finishing up some prep work for another day of serving hot pizza!!! Today I want to showcase these lovely lion's mane mushrooms from Beautiful Edibles Grow (first picture). Every other week I do a pickup from them for these mushrooms for my hot lunches or grab-and-go meals.

For Perry County Pizza Week I cooked these mushrooms in my Greek gyro marinate and they are the alternate topping option to the lamb to make a vegetarian version of my Greek Goddess pizza. Want to make it vegan? Leave off the dill goats cheese curds! The dairy-free tzatziki sauce is plenty creamy enough to sauce the pizza!!!

Our first day of Perry County Pizza Week is complete!!! 28 pizzas sold in three hours!!! Thank you so much to everyone who came out and was patient with us while we got started today!!! I'm on my way to restock on supplies so we can serve more hot pizza tomorrow!!! 12pm-4pm

We've got a few more hours left to go tonight and only 7 more crusts left!!! If we run out I'll have to call it early, so I'm giving a heads up now!!! If you miss us tonight we will have hot pizza again tomorrow from 12pm-4pm and then take and bake next week!!!
