Earlier this month, Oliver attended the Eastern Iowa Poultry Association Jr Show. It was a great day with beautiful weather and an amazing Jr program. With Showmanship, Judging, Egg class, Poster contest, Photo contest and a Halloween costume contest. He had a lot of fun participating. His black bantam Cochin pullet won Reserve Breed, his poster and Brown Eggs from his laying flock borh won Reserve Champion.

Home from the Minnesota State Fair. Oliver brought 5 entries for his first APA/ABA sanction show. He won 2 of his 3 classes and went on to win some additional honors. Oliver's Bantam Black Cochin Pullet was selected Best of Show in open class. His birds also won Champion Trio. He had a lot of fun and it was a great show!

🐓 Minnesota State Fair Rooster Crowing contest with Freddie our Bantam Black Cochin. In today's contest he crowed 15 times which qualified him for tomorrow's finals.

We had such a great time at the Ohio National last weekend. So many great birds! Wonderful opportunity to meet others in person that we normally only interact with online.
