If you're looking forward to our Free Tasting Friday's all summer long be sure to put our Summer Saturday Wine Tasting Series on your calendars starting Saturday, July 11th!
You will be able to taste some of the best wine available in Fremont County and if you like it and our Sommelier hasn't talked your ear off too much, they are available to purchase at a 10% discount.
To kick things off, we are starting with a producer from Santa Barbara County in Southern California, Au Bon Climat. The winemaker, Jim Clendenen, specializes in making Burgundian style white wines but using the coastal influences to make his own fingerprint. A unique style of Chardonnays and Pinot Gris blends will being pouring alongside one of his Burgundian mentors Pouilly-Fume (Sauvignon Blanc) Regis Minet.

Hi everyone! Meet our very own Madison! She’s been with us here at Jewett’s for just over a year and has brightened the aisles with her shining smile and ALWAYS on point hairstyling. If you’ve noticed the perfectly manicured displays and expertly drawn signs throughout the store, then you’ve seen her handy work. If you can’t find her on the floor, she probably is in her (and most of ours) favorite part of the store, the Saloon taking advantage of a Free Tasting Friday event (currently every Friday from 3:30pm-6:00pm) or many chances to taste all sorts of spirits and wines. Madi is also our go too if you have any questions about finding the right gin just follow the glowing aura and you’ll find her! A fun fact about Madi is that if she were to be a bird she would be a parakeet because she dances and sings just like those cute little fellas and arguably the best hair in the bird game and Madi knows her hair having just opened her own hair salon in Penrose, Aura Artistry where she won’t sell you any gin (gotta come to Jewett’s for that) but will leave you with the best haircut you can get in Colorado. So come say hi to Madi and the rest of the team and don’t forget to come to our free tastings every Friday!
