Meet our General Manager, Tiffany Ciesielski, bringing more than a decade of hospitality leadership and experience to the region’s dining scene. A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Tiffany holds a degree in Psychology, a foundation that has shaped her people first approach to service, team development, and guest experience.
Tiffany discovered her passion for the restaurant industry in Naples, Florida, where she spent seven years rising through the ranks at BrickTop’s Restaurant. Her time there cemented her love for hospitality and gave her a deep understanding of high-quality service, operational excellence, and the importance of creating memorable guest moments.
After returning home to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Tiffany continued her career at the downtown Eddie Merlot’s steakhouse, further refining her expertise in upscale dining and leadership. Her commitment to exceptional service and her ability to build strong, guest focused teams made her a standout in the region’s restaurant community.
In 2023, Tiffany opened Nate’s Chop House alongside Executive Chef Jeff Maag, combining her operational vision with his culinary creativity. As General Manager, she oversees all aspects of the guest experience — from service standards and staff culture to private events and community engagement. Her leadership has helped establish Nate’s as a destination for elevated dining with a welcoming, neighborhood feel.
Tiffany’s career reflects her core belief: hospitality is about connection, care, and creating spaces where people feel valued. At Nate’s Chop House, she brings that philosophy to life every day.
