We specialize in making fine maple products and seasonal edibles, tours are available weekends throughout the month of March, and by appointment for school and other groups. We have an array of locally handcrafted goods in our giftshop as well as maple frappes, ice cream with maple syrup, and doughnuts with maple fluff made to order from the kitchen throughout the month of March.

Greetings maple fans! We've got 4 dozen fresh cider doughnuts on the way from Meadowledge farm in Loudon, decadent maple frappes and ice cream drizzled with maple syrup from the kitchen, and are fully stocked with maple syrup, candy, and cream for this fine NH Maple Weekend 2026. Come smell the maple steam filling the sugar house as we celebrate our 67th (don't say it out loud in front of the kids unless you want to hear choruses of "6-7' for the next ten minutes!) year making maple syrup the traditional and sustainable way here in Canterbury NH. 🍁🪾🚜💕 Did I mention the sap-coffee is hot and always FREE ☕😁

We are open and boiling today. We'll be canning fresh golden delicate (light) and amber rich (medium) syrup this morning to stock the shelves and we have plenty of boxed and single maple candy. Cake doughnuts with maple fluff and maple frappes from the kitchen. We'll have fresh maple cream next weekend! 💕🪾🍁🚜

Good morning maple fans! We can see people checking the page for updates and apologize for the delay: it's been a weird season so far and we're just now boiling to sweeten the pan today 3/7 in this rainy weather. Since we don't yet have syrup, (or candy or cream) the kitchen and gift shop are CLOSED. We hope to be making and bottling "first run" tomorrow 3/8 to fill orders, and plan to be stocked and open for tours with the regular goodies the next three weekends, starting 3/14. Be well! 🍁 🪾💕

Pick and cut your tree 🪚 🌲 fresh right in Canterbury! All trees are trimmed by hand and organically grown without any pesticides or synthetics. Spruce and firs ready for harvest this year. We have a few LARGE trees if you're searching for something bigger than the usual. Most trees are $60 -cash, check, or card, and well-behaved pups and families are welcome! Plus a fresh stock of amazingly aromatic Ol' Factory soy candles made right in Gilford and stone and metal items made by local artisans too. Come on by and stock up before the seasons gone!
