Allow me to reintroduce myself; my name is Chantal, the owner and operator of Charcuterie and Catering by Chantal.

From a young age I’ve loved watching my mom cook and mimicking what she does. I’ve loved implementing the knowledge she’s given me of home cooked, natural and locally sourced ingredients and foods into my adult life. It quickly turned into a passion of healthy & clean food, companionship, community, and bonding.

I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of others monumental moments, events, and perfect small gatherings and I’d love to be a part of yours too.
