The last 3 batches of Cherry Vanilla extract didn't work. 1st batch the smell of cherry was not strong. 2nd batch used more cherries. 3rd batch used more cherries and let it infuse longer, still not strong enough. Trying sweet dried cherries this time. Tart cherries just don't produce a strong flavor.

Madagascar+ Tanzania vanilla beans = French Vanilla extract. You can make a delicious homemade French Vanilla coffee creamer with it!

I don't usually make Vanilla extract because it's a common extract and people are brand loyal. However, several customers at Agricole asked if I could make a Vanilla extract. It's made with Madagascar vanilla bean and vodka. Pure vanilla extract takes 12 months to infuse.

Maple scent/flavor can be created used Fenugreek seeds. However, the seeds did not work for me ( tried 2x). I tried using pure maple syrup - it did not work. Now, I am trying dried Fenugreek leaves - should work this time. Will find out in 3 weeks. It takes 6 weeks to make this extract
