The last 3 batches of Cherry Vanilla extract didn't work. 1st batch the smell of cherry was not strong. 2nd batch used more cherries. 3rd batch used more cherries and let it infuse longer, still not strong enough. Trying sweet dried cherries this time. Tart cherries just don't produce a strong flavor.
