For this homeowner in the Thumb Butte area of Prescott, Arizona, their second home was experiencing the effects of hard water, including toilet rings and staining. They also had concerns about bacteria in their water and wanted a solution that would provide greater peace of mind.
Certified Water Specialist Jake Sturgeon identified the customer’s water concerns and recommended a water softener and reverse osmosis system. Because the customer was also concerned about bacteria, a UV system was included to provide an added layer of protection for the home’s water.
This installation was a little more involved, with the team running water from the RO system to three different locations throughout the home. The project was completed over two trips, with Will Hoyle handling the first trip and Bryan Hart returning to finish the installation.
The completed system included:
