Mushroom cashew quinoa stir fry with micro cilantro 😍

How to make:
1. Dry saute any mushrooms till softened.
2. Add olive oil and garlic, saute more.
3. Add soy sauce and stir.
4. Add pre-made quinoa, stir until heated.
5. Add cashews and fold in.
6. Plate.
7. Garnish with micro cilantro and lemon juice.
