She had been more restful than usual the past few days. She passed peacefully in the shade, so I’m thankful she was comfortable and not suffering.

Labor Day= Coop cleaning day!? 🐔🧹

A little deep cleaning, barn lime for odor control, and fresh bedding. And yes… I overheated before the phone did.
Heat index of 112F will do that to you!

Proper coop cleaning helps maintain a clean, dry environment for your flock. 🐔

Remove soiled bedding, use diatomaceous earth to help manage moisture, barn lime to control odors, then finish with fresh bedding.
