Father's Day is this month, and we are steaming right into Summer! To cook with some sensational seafood, pick up some of our dry or frozen egg pasta for his special day at any participating local specialty market, or take him out to dinner at a fine restaurant that carries our pasta. Every reason to experience the perfect pasta! Our pasta is not run through an extruder like lesser brands, but is put through rollers and sheeted for better texture and taste. Extruded pasta is put through high pressure like a play dough machine which makes it dense and repel sauce unlike ours. Just one of many reasons we are the best.
