As we begin to round the corner on our second year in business we reflect upon what we have grown into verses what the initial intention was for woodshop.
In doing so we will also release a beer to more solidly showcase the conclusion. This upcoming Friday we will drop Fuda Laga, Foderbür’s older brother. This lager style beer has fermented and aged in our first use Missouri white oak Foeder for ONE YEAR.
You heard it right. The resulting beer has a profile with a ton in common with white wine. Slightly tart, clean and drinkable, full of nuance and of course dripping with oak character. We hope you come and join us for a pint and some reflection or just refreshment.
We will also have cans ready if you want to take it out into whatever this Ohio spring is bringing to the table at that moment. Thanks so much for the support over the last two years, we sincerely appreciate you all!
