Hiring for a part-time receptionist!

Job Summary -

We are a hay and cattle operation located in East Texas. We specialize in Coastal and Tifton 85 Bermudagrass, operating off both irrigated and dry land. We are also a registered Brangus breeder using ET and AI breeding processes. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented secretary. Key job requirements include bookkeeping utilizing QuickBooks and/or Traction Ag, while managing advertising posts and updates. The ideal candidate has the skills listed below and can work a flexible, few hours, 5 days a week.

Skills -

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized office systems and software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
