The other day I went to Burger King, ordered a Whopper, and the cashier goes, "Did you mean the Impossible Whopper?"..that was my reality check on the direction food marketing is going.

Fake-meat companies have invested millions into promoting their products, meanwhile the people raising cattle are working to manage the land, improve the soil, and produce food. No lab required. 🔬

Here's the part we aren't being told though:
🌱Real beef comes from sunlight, grass, water, and a whole lot of work
🧪Fake meat comes from a lab and a marketing team

If someone wants plant-based, that's fine. But don't pretend it's the same thing.
And don't erase the farmers and ranchers who've been feeding people long before "impossible" became a menu option
