Just over two hours of foraging in the bushes and I came away with almost 2.5 gallons of wild muscadine and about a pint of wild persimmon, and a few mullein leaves. Plus a couple bunches of elderberry! How many of you brave the wilds for God’s bounty? Let me know!

Good morning Farmers Market friends! Tractor Supply on East Cherokee Drive, Canton is having their monthly market THIS SATURDAY! Set up is 9am, with market running 10am-2pm. I’ve got a couple new items and seasonal items returning. Come try my watermelon jam or jelly, new hot BBQ sauce, and more. Hope to see ya there!
