He has been in Professional foodservice for 35+ years and has travelled to many places around the world within his career. He graduated from Culinary and Pastry schools including Johnson and Wales University, Cordon bleu in Paris, Confectionary school of Sweden. His career started working for Hyatt hotels, then extended to various other restaurants to gain experience. He worked for Vail resorts as

well as Corporate Pastry chef for Holland America Cruise lines. The past 15 years he has travelled and worked for many exclusive and Private Lodges and Clubs throughout the USA including right here in Kimball, South Dakota at Pheasant Crest Lodge. Living in Canton the past few years has brought us back to a good feeling in our heart of small city values that bigger cities just do not have. Small towns and cities are still the heart of this country.
