You really showed up this weekend! We had the best grand opening. It literally could not have gone better!
We had a few small hiccups, but overcame them fast, and everyone was kind and patient
Everyone was fantastic. We met so many great people.
I can’t put into words the way you all make me feel! I saw so many old friends, cousins, and family. Most I haven’t seen in 40 years. I met a lot of my awesome neighbors, and people from all around the area. Everyone was so sweet.
I’m just so amazed and happy to be home in NJ. I love you all! Thank you again for the support! I’m looking forward to serving all of you for a long time!
One last shout out to my family. My 4 Sisters who all worked to get this done. My nieces and nephews, that have my back, and have helped in every way possible. I couldn’t have done this without them! Everyone worked so hard! I have 26 family members here in Sussex County, and every one of them have had my back since I moved home 11 weeks ago.

Wow Sussex County! What a grand opening! You showed up! I love you all! I hope everyone enjoyed it! We are getting ready to do it again today!
We sold out of everything yesterday. I apologize to the afternoon folks. We went through 200 lbs of Brisket, 200 lbs of Pork , 100 lbs of chicken, and 48 racks of ribs. Thank you all!

Talk about starting over small!
Here we go with Smokin' Mo's again. Will be changing name soon.
Something I never thought I'd do again.
If anyone wants some original Smokin' Mo's food, pm me, or text me, and I'll make whatever y'all want.
This is just a practice run to get used to the new baby smoker. Ill start taking orders in a week and a half. I may even set up again somewhere close.

Hey everyone. Cats out of the bag now, so let me tell you what's going on.

First of all, I love my GA folks. My GA families. I loved being here almost 32 years. I really enjoyed it. I love so many of you, and I'm gonna miss quite a few of you. You're truly my family.

Many changes after Covid.
I'm kinda lonely here, and I don't really have much direction here anymore. It's time to spend the rest of my life with my family and friends from my childhood.
I have 27 family members in North Jersey. 27 people who I feel so happy around. I have the best family and friends, and I need them in my life again. I have missed them dearly.

When I spent last Thanksgiving with them, I decided that day that I'm moving back.

Thank God I have so many great friends here. I've met some of you 30 years ago and still stay in touch.
I'm gonna miss you all.

Not an easy move, but a necessary move.

I never thought I'd cook again after Covid. It looks to me that North Jersey is in dire need of good BBQ, so I'm gonna bring it to them. I'm excited. I have a fire under my ass again. I have direction again. I'm going to build a food truck and hit the streets as soon as I can when I get settled.

I'll miss you all so much.
Just know this. Once I'm settled, I expect some of you to come and visit. Please come visit. I'll show you beautiful NJ.

I'll be leaving GA in a few months. I've already taken one load up. The other one will be probably next month, then I'll come back here and stay until I find the right place to live when I get there.

I'll need a rental at first that accepts dogs. Thats the hardest part. I still have 3 babies. We're all coming. Me Rosie, Gracie, and Carl. If anyone sees one or knows of one please reach out to me.
