SATURDAY, OCT 31
12 PM | Build-Your-Own Cowgirl Hat with Tippin Cowgirl Hat Bar (Hat designers, accessories & live branding!)

1 PM | W**e & Chocolate Pairing featuring 4 pours of Zin Valle & Fattoria Svetoni + handcrafted truffles from RMCF Canutillo, TX! (Tickets required) 

3 PM | Annual Dog Costume Contest — Bring your pup in costume to win a 4-bottle pack! Plus, we’re announcing the winner of our Man's Best Friend Merlot Label! (Free entry)

SUNDAY, NOV 1 🍽️ All-You-Can-Eat Sunday Feast — Early vineyard access, a glass of your favorite w**e, and a scratch-made feast by Chef Erick Ponce & his Longhorn Food and Beverage team (Smoked turkey carving station, pozole bar, pan dulce & more!). (Tickets required)

What an incredible weekend hosting our amazing Fattoria Svetoni partners, Andrea Rossi and Antonio Guadioso!

While they were in town for an exclusive w**e dinner, they made a special stop at Zin Valle Vineyards to hang out in our tasting room. It was the perfect afternoon to talk about all things Italian w**e, share stories about our partner Tuscan w**ery and resort, and answer your questions about planning a visit to Villa Svetoni.

We are so grateful to be in business with such wonderful lifelong friends, and we already can’t wait for their next trip to Texas!

Chef Erick and his team are excited to return to some classic favorites and debut several new items for the season.
The Z Bistro permanent food truck is open every Saturday and Sunday from noon - 5 p.m.

Join Zin Valle Vineyards owner Ryan Poulos in our beautiful Barrel Room for an exclusive tasting featuring generous pours of 4 pre-selected w**es from both Zin Valle Vineyards and our Tuscan w**ery, Fattoria Svetoni.

During the 30-minute tasting, Ryan will walk you through the w**es in your glass and he’ll share some fun, easy-to-remember knowledge you can use to enhance your w**e-drinking experience and impress your friends!

After the experience, enjoy a complimentary tasting in the tasting room of any three additional w**es, then select a full glass of w**e of your choice.

Enjoy the rest of the day at the vineyard, including live music until 4 p.m.

This experience is limited to only 10 guests, so register early before it sells out!
