For Father’s Day, Ryan recommends our Zin Valle Vineyards Man’s Best Friend Merlot. It’s a full bodied red wine with lots of jammy fruit flavors. It’s fantastic with Father’s Day foods, such as steaks, ribeyes and burgers.

This Saturday, June 13 is National Rosé Day. You could say we’re fans of the pink stuff … we have 4 different expressions! This means we have a rosé style for everyone and every summery scenario!

Our Fattoria Svetoni Rosato di Toscana IGT is dry and crisp with hints of rose and violet. Meant to be with Italian style charcuterie picnics!

Our Zin Valle Vineyards Desert Rosé is dry, bright and fruity. Perfect for summer days relaxing by the pool!

Our Zin Valle Vineyards White Zinfandel is medium-sweet and lively with rose petal aromas. Great for backyard barbecue get-togethers!

What You’ll Do
The BBQ Crash Course: Learn from the best as Z Bistro and Longhorn Food & Beverage Chef Erick Ponce guides you through creating your own signature spice rub and BBQ sauce. Use them on-site and take the rest home to impress at your next cookout!

The Wine Pairings
While you craft your masterpieces, Zin Valle owner Ryan Poulos will walk you through three exceptional, BBQ-friendly wine pairings.
