They keep us busy at their other Richmond locations in Westchester Commons and Stony Point, and at Bel Air in MD. They are doing it right and we're glad to call them partners.

Ruby Salts Oyster Company is now hiring full and part time positions. We are based in the Cheriton area and our office is a barge on Cherrystone Creek.
No previous oyster or boating experience necessary; however, boating skills a plus.
Starts at $15/hr with plenty of opportunity to make more; a strong work ethic, initiative and a can-do attitude will move you up fast and earn bonuses.
We are usually on the water from 7am until 1-2pm Mon-Fri. We do not work weekends unless necessary -- weather, tides, and seasonal planting activities require it at times and often leading up to the holidays.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, have transportation to and from work, and be comfortable wearing chest waders in waist deep water. Work outside in a beautiful setting with a fun crew in a laid back atmosphere.
