Got our temporary Carrot cam set up! Carrot came to us as an experienced Mama, but her last kindle was unsuccessful. Not sure exactly what happened as I didn’t have a camera then. But now I’ve temporary rigged it up for her up coming kindle date. Hopefully we see some magic on here ! Might be slightly obsessed at watching already.

7 turkeys poults hatched and waiting to move to our brooder 👀 🦃 We also have three mama hens brooding in the hoop coop & all piled on top of each other 🤣 Come fall these babies will be full grown and ready for our plates 🍽️

A huge thank you to for this beautiful doe. Tangelina is just shy of 5 months old but my golly is she showing out 🔥Her ears and crown are amazing. I’ve tried a few times to get some good pictures but she is sassy and curious of her surroundings. Tangie girl does what she wants and will not pose 🤣She is sweet, sassy and easily my favorite doe. Shhhh🤫 don’t tell the others.

Did someone say silkies? 😍✨say hello to our little friends! These floof balls are so sassy without even trying 💁🏻‍♀️ Silkies are known for their silky feathers, teal earlobes, 5 toes and of course the beards and top knots 🎀🪮. Once these babes mature we will have white, black and blue/splash silkies coops

Did you know that a broody hen will sit on her eggs for about 21 days? Even with no rooster present. During this time, she can become protective and less social. It’s fascinating to watch her transform into a dedicated momma!
This momma was brooding on over 14 eggs! I swapped them out with some from a different pen so there are no mixups.

🥕 Welcome, Renew Farm Bunnies’s Carrot to our herd. She is sweet and gentle and loves head scratches. She has been a bit shy but has started to warm up and come to the cage door. She is an experienced mama and has even fostered kits previously.
