Happy Friday, Cape Coral!

We appreciate the hell out of the business tonight, but I need to own up to a self-inflicted kitchen blunder.

I was operating on a single fryer tonight because I decided today was the perfect day for a multi-day soak on the other one. (Spoiler alert: It wasn't). Flying solo with half my frying capacity during a dinner rush meant ticket times got away from me.

Your patience tonight meant the world to me. When you're building an independent line from scratch, every mistake is a lesson. I hope the food hit the spot, and I'll see you next week with double the horsepower.
