For everyone else, here's what's hitting the line today:

1. The Beef: 100% beef, zero additives or fillers, piled high on a toasted and grilled roll.

2. Jersey Diner Disco Fries: Multi-step fries loaded with hot scratch jus based diner gravy and melted cheese.

3. The Smash: Double patties, lacy crispy edges, house sauce, brioche bun.

4. The Pizza Cubana: Look, we aren't a pizza joint... but the VFW members ate us completely out of dough yesterday, so clearly we’re doing something right.

She put together this Chicago beef no giardiniera (basically a French dip). As typical she seems to make everything better than I do. Not sure how she takes the same recipes I created and the same processes I put together but does it better. Both proud and irritated. 🤣

Mrs. Sexy aka Mirna, is so amazing. She’s the force that keeps this venture moving forward.

Made fresh in small batches! We have been out for a bit, sorry… Loaded high on soft brioche bread with crisp lettuce and thick-cut bacon, served alongside our house-fried and seasoned chips. When this batch runs out, it’s gone until the next round!

🍔 The Upgraded Double Smash Burger
Mrs. Sexy told me it was time to level up our burger game, so here it is: a full 1/2 pound of fresh beef, hand-balled and smashed flat on a searing hot griddle for those ultimate crispy edges, melted cheese, and house sauce.

🐷 8-Hour House-Roasted Mojo Pork
An all-time crowd favorite. Mirna hand-crafts the marinade from scratch using fresh herbs and citrus, and I babysit it in the oven for 8 hours until it’s melt-in-your-mouth tender. Pressed hot and served with fresh-cut fries.
