Sweet meets heat in this small-batch preserve! Combines equal parts peaches and home grown jalapeños, slow-cooked until it becomes a sweet-and-spicy syrup.

Spoon it over cream cheese with crackers, glaze grilled chicken or pork, add it to a charcuterie board, endless options... delicious pop of sweet heat!!

COLLARD GREENS 💚

Getting garden netting has been a game changer for keeping the cabbage moth's away. Our greens have done excellent this year 🥰

Greens are packed with fiber, protein, vitamin K & calcium. They support digestion, heart health, regulate blood sugar & reduce inflammation.

Our favorite way to eat them is in soup 🥬

Ever wonder why we have less eggs in the winter? Chickens lay fewer eggs in winter because egg production is triggered by daylight, not temperature...in fact the girls prefer cooler temps over warmer temps. As days get shorter, their hormones tell them to slow down and conserve energy. When winter laying slows down we hoard eggs for ourselves so we are getting more protein to manage chores in the cold 😆
