Need a new dinner idea for this week?

We made beef bulgogi using Plazewski Farms chuck steak, and it turned out so flavorful and tender. It was worth the wait letting it marinate overnight!

⬇️ Marinade recipe we used:
1 ½ pounds boneless chuck steak (thinly sliced)
½ small pear, peeled and coarsely grated
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 tablespoon gochujang
