We are so excited to finally share some news with everyone!

A Beautiful Full-Circle Moment: Bootheel Baking Co. is Moving to Ebb & Flow!

Perryville, our hearts are completely full. Since day one, this community has supported our passion, shared in our triumphs, and allowed us to do what we love most: cook for you. We love this town, and we love every single one of you who has stepped through our doors, shared a laugh with us, and made us a part of your families.

Which is why we are so incredibly thrilled to share our next chapter with you.
Starting August 5th, The Bootheel Baking Co. is officially taking over the kitchen at Ebb & Flow Fermentations!

To say this is a natural next step is an understatement, it is a deeply personal, full-circle moment for our family. Eight years ago, Ebb & Flow was actually the very first place Tristin ever took me on a date when we were in Cape. We fell in love with the space, the energy, and the incredible people behind it.

Dewayne, Ebb & Flow's owner, has been a trusted mentor and close friend to Tristin for over ten years. And April has been an absolute pillar of strength, guidance, and mentorship for me over the last few years. They are family to us. For years, we’ve dreamed of what it would look like to bring our passions together under one roof, and the stars have finally aligned.

We know you might have questions about our current physical location. Because of ongoing, private administrative and legal details regarding our previous building, we won't be able to answer specific questions about the move. But what we can tell you is that this transition is a joyful, positive step forward that allows us to focus entirely on what we do best: serving you incredible food and artisan bakes in a space we love, alongside the people who mentored us.

We are moving our entire baking heart and soul into Ebb & Flow's kitchen, and we cannot wait to serve you there starting AUGUST 5th!
