We’re kicking things off outback at the Duck Hut!

We put a lot of work into revamping the farm over the last few months, get ready, the oysters are coming straight to you!
From tide to table, we’re serving up the freshest flavors of the season.

These Ludlam Bay oysters have really made a name for themselves!

We have been tumbling, dispersing, and cleaning these oysters for almost 2 years. To see the stages of development and this insane growth is a beautiful thing!
So fresh and here for your eating pleasure!
