Sante Adairius Rustic Ales Rustic, old-world ales with some West Coast twists. We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic beers that are approachable and unique.

We pull from our home brewing background to build beers that pay homage to tradition, but break new ground in American brewing techniques and flavors by blurring the line between beer and wine. We are brewers of big ideas in very small batches.

Friendship Knows No Bounds

We’re releasing a very special beer TODAY made with our friends from Wildflower Brewing & Blending

A collaboration that has spanned time and space, “Friendship Knows No Bounds” shows what is possible when creative minds come together.

We brewed a saison with Wildflower Brewing & Blending that features their distinctive technique of filtering wort through straw and fresh Motueka hops. We then blended our house cultures and aged the beer in used wine barrels for a truly unique result.

We’ll have bottles available at all locations TODAY Friday 8/7!
