Sante Adairius Rustic Ales Rustic, old-world ales with some West Coast twists. We focus our attention on brewing rustic, unfiltered, aromatic b**rs that are approachable and unique.

The light and the dark.

Representing two sides of our Mixed-fermentation spectrum are two new 500ml bottles available this week.

“The Perfect Place for Shade” - made in collaboration with our friends at Tanuki C***r this b**r features apple must from The Five Mile Orchard

Lightly acidic and funky, the interplay between our house culture and the apple must creates a wonderfully light and flavorful b**r that sits at the intersection of c***r.

“Crimson Shadows” - this is a b**r that explores the depth and complexity of barrel-aged dark b**rs. Beginning as “Chavez”, our Robust Porter, this b**r saw considerable time in Port barrels along with Pinot Noir grapes.

The end result is deeply vinous, roast forward yet tart, and well, dark.

💧 RECHARGE RATE 💧

We are thrilled to collaborate with SoquelCreekWater on this delicious new German-style Kölsch!

Water is a key component to the b**r we make, and our unique water profile has been the “secret ingredient” to our success for many years.

For this particular collaboration, we partnered with Soquel Creek Water District and used water from their Pure Water Soquel facility, which is helping replenish aquifers around Santa Cruz County. We both agree that the end result is outstanding!

To learn more about SoquelCreekWater and their Pure Water Soquel project, join us this Friday at the brewery in Capitola as they celebrate their 65th anniversary!

“I See a Dankness” - we’re putting our “unfiltered West Coast” spin on this Double IPA from our friends Cellarmaker Brewing

“Recharge Rate” - a new German-style Kolsch made with Pure Water Soquel water from our local water district partners SoquelCreekWater in celebration of their 65th anniversary

“The Perfect Place For Shade” - a barrel-aged Saison with apples made with our pals from Tanuki C***r

“Cozy Brew” - this unique Roast Koji Rice L***r was made in collaboration with our San Benito County friends Brewery Twenty Five and OZEKI SAKE USA

It’s officially Fall and there’s something we just love about this season here in Santa Cruz County.

The light starts to change, the sweaters come out of the closet, and the dark b**rs just seem to taste better.

We’re revisiting two classics in our canon this week with “Flowers at Dusk”, our Dark L***r, and “Chavez”, our Robust Porter.

Enjoy them both, cozy up, and toast to the season.
