Iconic Acres Welcome to Iconic Acres, a family owned & operated private boarding facility owners live on property

Boarding includes stall- fully bedded, cleaned daily, water buckets dumped daily, individual fans; PM grain (you supply the grain); free choice grass hay fed through a slow feeder, free choice grass pasture approx. May-October; all new fencing- combination of 4 strand high-tensile (2 strands electrified), 3 & 4 rail wood fence, and electrical tape fencing; Run-in with automatic waterer & fans on sensors; Outdoor riding arena- aglime base with drain tile, 50’x100’ aglime footing worked to approx. 2”; 60’x100’ Indoor arena- aglime base, torpedo sand footing worked to approx.. 3-4”; humidity-controlled tack room with personal cubbies for grooming supplies; Feed room with personal cubbies to store supplements, supplies and up to 4 bags of horse feed; wash bay; full restroom accommodations; additional tack storage available; trailer parking available; Barn hours 7 days/week 8am-8pm, off hours available upon request. Located just 13 miles East of I-90 off of Hwy 173 in Capron, IL
