White pineapples. These are basically impossible to find anywhere but Hawaii.

They don't have the enzyme that is used as a meat tenderizer. This means when you bite it, it doesn't bite you back. You can even eat the core. It's a LITTLE tougher. But the core tastes better than every part of a yellow pineapple.
