Most mornings on the farm start the same way. The air is cool and it's quiet in a way that Hawai'i only is up here on the mountain. Then the tour arrives, and we get to do our favorite thing...walk someone through it for the first time.

The trees, the cherries, the process. What wet processing means. Why elevation matters. Why this coffee tastes the way it does. And at the end, a cup made from beans grown right where you're standing.
